• Design Execution: Translating validated user needs into clean, functional UI designs, which includes implementing, maintaining, and extending our existing design system to ensure consistency
• Discovery & Validation: Championing a discovery-first mindset by constantly questioning assumptions, asking "why" we are building something, and conducting necessary validation to identify and solve the root problem
• Agile Collaboration: Working within SAFe and Scrum frameworks to plan, track, and communicate tasks and progress, using tools such as Azure DevOps
• Team Collaboration: Collaborating closely with developers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs align with technical feasibility and business goals

• Foundational UX/UI: A strong practical understanding of core UX/UI principles, including information architecture, visual hierarchy, consistency, and usability heuristics, to deliver intuitive interfaces
• Skilled in using Figma as the primary design tool for wireframes and UI designs
• Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams, especially in engineering or technical environments.
• Familiarity with common design patterns in specialized applications.
• Ability to adapt design processes to accommodate the unique needs of engineering workflows.
