Test Technician (m/w/d) Semiconductor

• Preparation and execution of reliability tests for integrated devices
• Testing of integrated devices using mass production tester environment
• Setup of electrical test environment to drive semiconductor devices during reliability test
• Troubleshooting for reliability and electrical tests
• Report on reliability and electrical test results
• Archiving reliability test hardware and software
• Maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment
• Close cooperation with reliability laboratories and product engineers to realize reliability demands

• Junior/graduate electronic engineer or electronic technician
• Good knowledge of semiconductor/integrated devices
• Good knowledge of testing integrated devices and start-up of reliability tests
• Experience in programming electronic systems is beneficial
• Good oral and written command in English and German
• Strong team player with good communication skills
• Working independently with good documentation capability
