Teamlead Logistics (m/w/d) - from 19€/h - 3-shift-model/ 7 days a week

We are recruiting for our client:

Our client in Florstadt is looking for several experienced Logistics Team Leaders (m/f/d), who will take responsibility for day-to-day operations and confidently lead teams of 20 to 50 employees. 
You will coordinate sorting operations as well as inbound and outbound activities, plan staffing levels and ensure that goods, people and processes are in the right place at the right time.

Start date: Mid-August to no later than the end of September 2026
Pay: from €19/hour (depending on professional experience) + shift allowances - please state your salary expectations if applicable

Working hours: 100% full-time (40 hours/week) 

Shift times: 06:00 to 14:30 / 13:30 to 22:30 / 22:00 to 06:00
Working pattern: 3-shift system - Monday to Sunday - including weekends 
Employment model: Temporary agency employment

Your responsibilities:

To give you a clear picture of what to expect in this role, here are the key responsibilities:

  • Leading and coordinating 20-50 employees on a daily basis
  • Workforce and capacity planning, including workstation allocation and attendance checks
  • Ensuring compliance with internal policies and statutory requirements (e.g. safety standards, SOPs)
  • Using the Amazon system to manage the flow of goods (sortation status, goods movements and wave planning)
  • Preparing and analysing logistics KPIs to support continuous improvement
  • Onboarding new employees and conducting internal training

Holding regular team meetings and promoting effective team communication

Hard skills - What you should ideally bring:

  • Completed vocational training in business administration or logistics, with relevant work experience, preferably in the logistics sector
  • Leadership experience and workforce planning skills
  • Very good knowledge of warehouse management systems (e.g. SAP) and MS Office
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills, flexibility and resilience
  • Very good English skills (German is not essential)
  • Willingness to work shifts (3-shift system - Monday to Sunday - including weekends)
