Systems Engineer (m/f/d) HF

• Requirements Management & System Architecture: Elicit, analyze and prioritize customer requirements; derive, specify and manage system requirements and develop robust system architectures
• System Development & Concept Validation: Perform simulations and technical analyses to evaluate system behavior, performance and feasibility; support prototype development and proof-of-concept activities
• Technical Coordination & Product Development: Coordinate and manage technical development activities across multiple disciplines, including mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, sensor technology and RF engineering; ensure compliance with quality, cost and schedule targets
• Integration & Verification: Plan, execute and evaluate integration, verification and system-level tests; support customer acceptance activities and document test results
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with customers, development teams, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure successful implementation of complex technical systems

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Physics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a comparable field
• Several years of experience as a Systems Engineer in a technically demanding environment, such as Defense, Security, Space, Automotive, Industrial Technology or Sensor Systems
• Proven experience in requirements management, system design and the integration of complex technical systems
• Knowledge in one or more of the following areas: RF engineering, sensor systems, electronics, mechatronics or system integration
• Understanding of electronic hardware, sensor technologies, signal processing and/or HF components
• Experience with simulation, modeling and system analysis to evaluate technical concepts and system performance
• Experience in planning and executing verification, validation and integration activities at system level
• Strong communication and coordination skills in multidisciplinary project environments
• Excellent English language skills
