Systems Engineer (m/f/d)

• Needs analysis: Collect and analyze customer specifications
• Requirements engineering: Draft technical specifications and define the expected product functionalities
• Technical interface: Act as the liaison with development teams (hardware/software) to communicate specifications
• Traceability: Manage requirements throughout the upstream phase of the V-cycle
• Validation: Contribute to defining test plans to verify development compliance

• You hold a Master’s degree or equivalent and have significant experience in the design of complex systems
• You have a strong command of the V-cycle and have worked on the design phase and/or testing phase
• Ideally, you have multidisciplinary knowledge in embedded software engineering and electronics
• Proficiency in requirements management tools: DOORS, Polarion or Reqtify
• Ability to write clear and structured specifications
• Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability and autonomy
• Strong knowledge of electronics and fluency in English are major assets; fluent German is a strong advantage
