SRE/Cloud Operations Engineer (m/f/d) with Mandarin Chinese

• Manage and support the daily operation, maintenance and continuous improvement of public-cloud infrastructure, including virtual machines, containers, networking and storage
• Ensure cloud platforms, databases, middleware and business applications remain stable, secure and consistently managed
• Develop, configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable reliable and automated software delivery
• Operate and support Kubernetes-based and containerised applications in production environmentsImplement and maintain monitoring, logging, dashboards and alerting solutions to ensure system availability and performance
• Analyse production incidents, identify root causes and implement measures to prevent recurring issuesSupport production deployments and investigate performance, capacity and resource-related issues
• Work closely with technical teams in China, using Mandarin Chinese on a daily basis to align infrastructure and operational practices
• Contribute to cloud migration activities, infrastructure and architecture improvements, resource planning and cost optimisation
• Ensure cloud and operational processes are aligned with applicable European data-protection and privacy regulations
• Take part in an occasional on-call rotation to support critical production incidents

• At least 3 years of professional experience in SRE, DevOps, Cloud Operations or a similar technical position
• Strong practical knowledge of Linux and a solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS and HTTP/HTTPS
• Hands-on experience managing and supporting Kubernetes environments in production
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus and Grafana
• Practical experience creating, configuring or maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Good scripting skills in Python and/or Shell/Bash
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, particularly in production environments
• Familiarity with GDPR and European data-protection requirements
• Fluent Mandarin Chinese and professional working proficiency in English
