Senior Site Reliability Engineer (m/f/d)

• SRE & Cloud Operations: Coordinate SRE and cloud operations to ensure stable, secure, and reliable cloud-based services across AWS, Alibaba Cloud, and other environments
• Incident & Problem Management: Own P1/P2 incidents, lead RCA activities, and implement sustainable remediation and risk-reduction measures
• Reliability & Observability: Drive automation, monitoring, observability, scalability, performance optimization, and continuous reliability improvements
• Service Performance Management: Define and monitor SLIs, SLOs, SLAs, and operational KPIs to ensure transparency, service quality, and continuous improvement
• Release & Change Management: Plan and coordinate application/platform releases, Kubernetes, middleware, databases, rollouts, and associated integration, regression, and acceptance testing
• Security, Compliance & Stakeholders: Support NIS2 compliance, operational security, incident reporting, and risk management while aligning engineering, security, architecture, customers, and other stakeholders
• Service Excellence & Leadership: Ensure operational services, support models, resources, and customer commitments meet contractual expectations while mentoring SREs and improving operational processes and practices

• Education & Professional Experience: Relevant university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, combined with 5–8+ years of experience in Cloud Operations, SRE, DevOps, or IT Operations, including coordination of complex technical deliveries without direct people management
• Cloud & Infrastructure: Strong hands-on experience with major cloud platforms such as AWS/Alibaba Cloud, Linux environments, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Operations & Incident Management: Proven experience with production incident, problem, and change management, including application updates, releases, and lifecycle processes
• Testing & CI/CD: Understanding of operational testing, including integration, system validation, and release verification, with familiarity in test automation and CI/CD pipelines
• Security & Compliance: Knowledge of operational security and compliance frameworks such as NIS2 and ISO 27001, alongside risk and security practices
• SRE & Automation: Experience with monitoring, observability, reliability engineering, SLIs/SLOs, operational metrics, and automation using tools such as Python, Bash, and CI/CD
• Leadership & Communication: Structured, solution-oriented mindset with strong stakeholder management and communication skills, plus the ability to mentor engineers and drive improvements through technical influence; fluent English
