We are currently seeking a (Senior) Quality Engineer (m/f/d) E-Vehicles for our client near Frankfurt.

Your Responsibilities:

• Handle customer complaints and warranty concerns in the region
• Translate customer feedback into technical requirements and work closely with the global engineering team to find solutions
• Conduct in-depth analysis of key warranty issues and identify improvement opportunities
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to continuously improve product quality (design, engineering, processes)
• Manage quality assurance and preventive measures (FMEA, War Room processes) for the product line in the EU region
• Take responsibility for lessons-learned processes to integrate into new development projects
• Develop and implement critical quality requirements (CTQs) for product lines in Europe or globally

Your Profile:

• Completed degree in automotive engineering, mechanical engineering, energy engineering, or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in a similar position in vehicle quality
• Ability to balance vehicle and system objectives to meet regulatory requirements and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Willingness to travel and possession of a valid European driver's license
• Readiness to work in an international and intercultural environment
• Proactive and self-motivated work approach
• Strong communication skills with an open and structured mindset
• Proficient computer and presentation software skills (MS Office, etc.)
• Fluent language skills in English and Mandarin complete your profile
