Our client is a logistics company. We are currently seeking a Sales Executive (m/f/d) Air/Ocean - Net New Business for immediate placement.

Your responsibilities:

  • Participation in trade fairs and events
  • Responsibility for sales/marketing activities in the assigned territory
  • Acquisition of new customers and expansion of customer relationships
  • Identification of potential uses for services and products with potential customers
  • Strategic support and development of the existing customer base
  • Negotiation of terms and presentation of offers and concepts
  • Intensive customer support to implement sales goals and strategies
  • Achievement or increase of sales/revenue targets
  • Close cooperation with international partners, specialist/service departments, and operational teams

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed training as a freight forwarding agent or a comparable qualification
  • Entrepreneurial and results-oriented thinking and acting
  • Several years of professional experience in sales of logistics products (sea and air freight) and field sales
  • Strong communication skills for understanding customer requirements and finding solutions
  • Strengths in negotiation and closing deals
  • Current knowledge of the sea and air freight market
  • Good English skills
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office and experience with CRM systems
  • Willingness to travel and experience with digital meetings
  • Proven sales experience in field sales
