We are currently looking for Regional Director (m/f/d), General Manager (m/f/d) or Area Director (m/f/d) for our customer at various locations across Europe (Frankfurt in Germany, Paris in France, Madrid in Spain).

Your Tasks:

• Develop and implement regional product marketing strategies
• Plan and execute product promotion campaigns and new launches
• Organize major exhibitions and regional PR activities
• Define regional business and customized commercial policies
• Coordinate business aspects of KD projects in the region
• Support regional supervisor in managing products, brands, networks, services, and user operations
• Oversee daily management of regional agents and resolve operational issues

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Several years of relevant industry experience
• Background from leading companies (automotive, heavy industry, consumer electronics, internet)
• Proven team leadership (managing teams of 4+ members)
• Strong communication skills, resilience under pressure, outgoing personality
• Fluency in both, English as well as the respective local language (German, French, or Spanish)
• Willingness to work in Wuhu and overseas locations
