• Your responsibilities include creatively writing and publishing job advertisements across various channels. You are the first point of contact for potential employees and conduct both in-person and telephone interviews in German and English.
• You passionately build your local network and thus contribute to positive employer branding .
• With your dedication, you always keep track of open projects and are always ready to give 100%.

• You have completed vocational training in a commercial field, e.g. as a personnel services clerk , or have completed a university degree.
• Relevant recruitment experience , ideally as a recruiter or personnel manager
• Excellent German and good English skills, both spoken and written.
• To guarantee the high quality of our service, your work is characterized by conscientiousness, reliability, and teamwork.
