Ihre Aufgaben bei Roche Diagnostics:

New Production Implementation and Transfer:

• Project Management - Ensures alignment with different stakeholders (R&D, Ops) and implement key activities
• Responsible for achieving procurement objectives for projects, meeting targets, and ensuring product development milestones are achieved, while maintaining cost, delivery, and quality goals in compliance with guidelines, standards, and procedures
• Acting as the primary business partner to Life Cycle Teams, R&D, and Operations to ensure early involvement in product development
• Support implementation of new materials
• Support onboarding of new suppliers
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of new products into the supply chain

Purchasing:

• Drive optimal sourcing decisions in alignment with the DOP Category strategy by conducting RFQs, ensuring project support, and leveraging procurement strategies for a smooth production ramp-up, effectively involving stakeholders like R&D, Operations, and Legal
• Direct Purchasing - Manages suppliers and Material Groups
• Experience with Mechanical Parts (Metal) Or Electronic Parts is of advantage
• Ensures balance between Costs and Service Levels (OTIF)
• Use modern e-Sourcing Tools (RfIs, RfQs, RfPs)
• Experience negotiating and onboarding new suppliers
• Identify risks and initiate risk mitigation actions to maintain a smooth supply chain.

 Supplier Management and Collaboration:

• Collaborate with suppliers on contract review and supply capacity planning to ensure alignment with production needs
• Ensure on-time deliveries and proactively address delays to prevent production disruptions

Das sollten Sie als Projektmanager * Procurement mitbringen:

• bestenfalls abgeschlossenes Bachelor-Studium, aus einem fachbezogenem Bereich
• idealerweise mehr als 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung
• Erfahrung im Supply Chain wäre hilfeich
• gewisse Reisebereitschaft zu den Lieferanten
• fließendes Englisch in Wort und Schrift, da überwiegend kommuniziert
• Deutsch wäre in Plus
