For our client in Maisach, we are looking for several Production Associates (m/f/d).

- Attractive pay of €17.10 gross per hour
- Currently working in a day shift starting at 6:00 a.m.; transition to a two-shift system planned in the medium term

Your responsibilities:
- Assemble mechanical, electrical, and composite parts per work instructions
- Perform functional and visual checks during assembly
- Support component testing and documentation (traceability, serial tracking)
- Maintain, safe, clean, and organize work environment
- Identify process improvements and support team efficiency
Your qualifications:
- Technical apprenticeship or equivalent hands-on background
- Experience in mechanical/electrical assembly or aerospace manufacturing
- Familiarity with technical drawings and tools
- Reliability, teamwork, and attention to detail
