Product Planning Specialist (m/f/d)

• Lead product portfolio activities to support strategic product definition
• Combine market insights, competitive intelligence, and financial data to shape product strategy
• Conduct structured analysis and data-driven modeling to evaluate segment dynamics and competitor positioning
• Develop lifecycle opportunities and define product mix, profitability, and timing
• Prepare proposals to support decision-making and optimized portfolio planning for overseas markets
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to align product direction

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or related field
• Proven experience in automotive product planning (PPL), ideally with exposure to European and global markets
• Strong background in market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and portfolio strategy
• Ability to integrate financial understanding into product mix and profitability decisions
• Excellent skills in data-driven analysis and modeling (Excel, BI tools, forecasting)
• Strong communication and presentation skills to convey insights and proposals to senior stakeholders
• Fluent English skills
