Deine Aufgaben
- Drive and support standardized operational processes across stations (inbound, sorting, scanning, exception handling)
- Collect, Validate and analyze operational data to ensure accuracy and transparency
- Monitor service quality an delivery performance, identifying improvement areas
- Track and support key KPIs such as scanning rate, delivery succss rate and lead time
- Develop, update and implement SOPs across the network
- Train frontline teams to ensure consistent execution
- Act as a key interface to resolve operational issues
Das bringst Du mit
- Bachelor´s degree or higher
- Experience in logistics, express delivery or warehouse operations
- Strong understanding of end-to-end logistics processes
- Experience in team leadership
- Strong analytical mindset and confident handling of data and KPIs
- Excellent communications skills with the ability tp clearly explain problems and solutions
- Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and english, german would be advantage
