Your Tasks
- Collect, validate, and analyze operational data
- Monitor service quality and delivery performance
- Track and support key performance indicators (KPIs) such as scan rate, delivery success rate, and turnaround time
- Train customer service staff (on-site and remote) to ensure consistent performance
- Serve as a central point of contact for resolving operational issues (e.g., system errors, equipment failures, compliance issues)
Your Profil
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- At least 5 years of professional experience in logistics or warehousing
- Experience in team leadership (at least 3 employees)
- Strong analytical skills and confident handling of data and KPIs
- Proven ability to master operational challenges in a real-world work environment
- Fluent in Chinese and English
