Onsite Supervisor (gn)

• Your main tasks as supervisor include shift and demand planning, shift responsibility, and disciplinary management of external employees to ensure a smooth process for our client.
• You are responsible for the instruction and training of new employees to ensure that they quickly find their way around the team and are optimally integrated.
• Furthermore, you will take on administrative and management tasks, such as creating and editing reports and documents to record important information.
• It is also your responsibility to provide the best possible support to major clients on site and to coordinate their requests.

• You have completed vocational training in a commercial field, e.g. as a personnel services clerk, or have completed a university degree.
• Recruitment experience , ideally as a sales coordinator or personnel coordinator in the industrial-technical sector within the personnel services industry.
• You are familiar with the field of temporary employment.
• Excellent German and good English skills, both spoken and written.
