Onsite Specialist (gn)

• As an Onsite Specialist in our internal team, you are the central contact person for our employees at the customer's site.
• You will conduct job interviews together with our recruitment team and ensure optimal placement of employees .
• Responsible for effective personnel deployment planning , you will continuously support our employees and build a strong local network .
• With passion and commitment, you ensure a smooth hiring process and the best possible support for our employees.
• Your task is to guarantee the satisfaction of employees and customers through personal support and close communication with regional management.

• You have completed vocational training in a commercial field, e.g. as a personnel services clerk, or have completed a university degree.
• Relevant recruitment experience , ideally as a recruiter or personnel manager
• Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
• Driving licence class B
