Onsite Manager (gn)

• You are the disciplinary supervisor and lead your team on site.
• You keep track of day-to-day business , monitor deadlines and timeframes, and thus guarantee the client company a smooth workflow.
• In regular meetings with the client, you conduct discussions on long-term personnel planning.
• You are responsible for achieving the on-site goals and are the interface to the client company.
• You will support the onsite team in the areas of recruiting, administration and day-to-day business.

• You have completed commercial training , preferably as a personnel services clerk, or have completed a university degree.
• You have professional experience in personnel services , but career changers are also welcome.
• Ideally, you have already gained some initial experience in employee management.
• You are good with numbers, have excellent time management skills, and possess very good German and English language skills.
• You can handle the MS Office suite safely.
• Negotiation skills, a confident demeanor, and excellent communication skills are a given for you.
