About the Role:
We are seeking a Machine Programming Expert with a strong background in injection mold machining and optimization. You'll play a vital role in increasing machining efficiency and precision using advanced programming tools like TEBIS.

• Develop and optimize CAM programming for injection mold manufacturing using TEBIS or POWERMILL.
• Improve machining processes, quality, and efficiency across tooling stages.
• Build and maintain TEBIS feature databases and NCSET programming templates.
• Share knowledge and best practices from European mold making environments.
• Work with latest TEBIS versions (e.g. 4.1 R3/R4/R5) to create and refine 3D templates.
• Solve complex machining challenges and support continuous improvement.
