IT Manager Infrastructure/Applications (m/f/d)

• Conception of IT solutions and their implementation (including acceptance) in the assigned focus area, often taking into account customer project-specific requirements
• Creation of process descriptions and their implementation, taking into account the framework conditions specified by the IT Manager Expert, Market analysis and observation with regard to innovative topics and forward-looking trends in the area of responsibility
• Determining requirements and advising the specialist departments and projects, including needs-based, Designing individual solutions if necessary, Creation of specifications and guidelines (e.g. for service providers, users or administrators)
• Managing service providers and ensuring compliance with SLAs and KPIs
• Monitoring and maintaining central systems in the area of requirements engineering (server, software and subcomponents)
• Advice on the selection and use of various tools, features and possible applications of engineering applications, Independent processing of support requests from employees, customers and development
• Creation of system documentation and instructions, Programming and development of scripts within IBM Rational DOORS (9.6 and DNG) and IBM Rational Pubishing Engine

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or training with several years of professional experience
• Specialized training in the relevant focus area (infrastructure/applications)
• Technical and development experience with IBM Rational DOORS (9.6 and DNG) and IBM Rational Publishing Engine
• Independent and autonomous way of working
• Good written and spoken English skills, German is a plus
• Willingness to travel worldwide
