Your tasks:
- Manage the full recruitment process: job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
- Maintain personnel files and HR records in compliance with GDPR
- Advise managers and employees on HR policies, labor law, and company regulations
- Coordinate employee development programs, training, and performance reviews
- Assist in payroll preparation and benefits administration
- Support HR projects, including process improvements and HR reporting

Your profile:
- Completed degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Knowledge of German labor law and HR best practices
- Experience with HR software and applicant tracking systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent in German and good command of English
