Your tasks:

  • Manage the full recruitment process: job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
  • Maintain personnel files and HR records in compliance with GDPR
  • Advise managers and employees on HR policies, labor law, and company regulations
  • Coordinate employee development programs, training, and performance reviews
  • Assist in payroll preparation and benefits administration
  • Support HR projects, including process improvements and HR reporting

Your profile:

  • Completed degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Knowledge of German labor law and HR best practices
  • Experience with HR software and applicant tracking systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluent in German and good command of English
