Homologation & Certification Engineer (m/f/d)

• Manage Type Approval Testing (TAT) and In-Service Conformity (ISC) activities for combustion engine and emissions certification in accordance with EU regulations
• Guide internal project teams and ensure compliance with applicable homologation and certification requirements
• Attend type approval tests and act as the primary interface with technical services and certification authorities in EU and worldwide
• Coordinate, review and release certification documentation
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on current and future certification activities
• Collaborate closely with our global certification department in Japan

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics, or a comparable technical discipline
• Experience in vehicle homologation, certification, or regulatory compliance, with strong knowledge of vehicle systems and EU/UNECE regulations
• Analytical, structured, and proactive working style
• Strong communication skills and experience working in international, cross-functional teams
• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
• Willingness to travel internationally on occasion
