Hardware Test Bench Architect (m/f/d)

• Defining the architecture of test systems
• Analyzing requirements and drafting technical specifications
• Defining hardware solutions, instrumentation, and interfaces
• Leading the technical direction of projects
• Ensuring the consistency of electrical schematics, bills of materials, and interfaces
• Supporting design and integration teams throughout project execution
• Participating in validation and qualification activities
• Acting as the technical interface with customers and partners
• Contributing to technical pre-sales activities and to the definition of solutions proposed to our clients
• Preparing architecture documentation and participating in technical reviews

• Master’s degree or Engineering degree in Electronics, Instrumentation, or Embedded Systems
• At least 8 years of experience in test system design and development
• Strong experience in test bench architecture design
• Proven expertise in instrumentation and system integration
• Experience working in critical industries such as Space, Aerospace, Defense, or Rail
• The ability to provide technical guidance and support to project teams
• Experience working within engineering design offices or on fixed-price development projects
• Fluency in English; fluent German is a strong advantage
