Your tasks:

  • Support the Customer Experience team in delivering top-tier assistance for sales and aftersales queries and take charge of providing outstanding level 2 customer service as required
  • Providing expert technical assistance and resolving high-level customer complaints efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Identifying and improving internal and client processes, spotting TUIs and emerging issues, provide constant feedback on processes and share ideas for improvement
  • Being an Expert in processes and product knowledge and a role model for your team
  • Provide an interface with Markets, internal department and third party vendors according to required procedures and policies and maintain all data for resolutions

Your profile:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in German, with advanced proficiency in English
  • Knowledge and skills with most commonly used Customer Engagement platforms (MS Office, Salesforce, Jira, SAP) is highly desirable
  • Effective time-management skills to be able to hit client's SLA and KPIs
  • Proven experience of delivering customer excellence
  • Able and available to travel in Europe upon request
