Foreman picking (m/f/d)

For our well-known customer we are looking for an experienced and communicative foreman (m/f/d) in order picking for the location Straelen.

• You are the contact person for the employees in the picking area
• You mediate between the customer and employees
• You are responsible for the qualitative processes in the respective department
• You carry out familiarization and training
• You are in close contact with the respective project manager

• You have a good command of written and spoken German.
• You also have oral knowledge of English, Romanian, Polish or Bulgarian. 
• You have professional experience in order picking
• First management experience desirable
• You have team spirit, sense of responsibility and assertiveness
• Your way of working is solution-oriented
