Zweck und Ziel der Stelle
Your tasks:
- Take full ownership of local financial reporting governance in Germany, en sure the accuracy, timeliness and compliance of all financial reports in line with German Commercial Code (HGB), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and group reporting requirements
- Manage and optimize local financial business processes, including but not limited to financial closing, reporting workflows, cost allocation and internal control procedures, to improve operational efficiency and ensure process standardization, which also includes cooperation with the company`s FSSC in Spain and Sweden
- Ensure strict compliance with German tax laws and regulations, including cor porate income tax, value-added tax and other relevant taxes, coordinate tax declarations, tax audits and tax planning work, and provide professional tax advice for business operations
- Collaborate closely with finance controller, understand R&D project financial management needs, be responsible for the accurate recording, classification and reporting of R&D costs, and support project financial analysis and decision-making
- Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports, conduct variance analysis between financial report and management report , identify potential risks and issues, and put forward practical improvement suggestions
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants to complete annual au dits and tax reviews, provide necessary financial data and supporting docu ments, and ensure the smooth progress of audit work
- Work closely with the group finance team to align local financial reporting standards and processes with group requirements, and participate in group financial integration and process optimization projects

Your profile:
- Holder of a valid German accountant license (Bilanzbuchhalter or Wirtschaftsprüfer), with in-depth understanding of German accounting standards and financial regulatory requirements, other international certificates is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related majors; a master’s degree is preferred
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in financial reporting management, with proven experience in automotive R&D industry
- Proficient in German tax laws and regulations, with practical experience in tax decla ration, tax planning and tax audit coordination; familiar with Germany’s global minimum tax (Pillar Two) and other latest tax policies is preferred
- Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken), able to use them as working languages; proficiency in Chinese is a significant plus
- Proficient in using common financial software (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Office (especially advanced Excel skills for data analysis and report preparation)
