• Assist in preparing KPI and controlling reports for the local entity and business stakeholders
• Support the tracking of budget, actuals, and deviations to ensure financial targets are monitored
• Help consolidate input from departments for planning and forecasting
• Support the preparation of financial documents in accordance with local GAAP and internal audit requirements
• Help maintain financial records and ensure data accuracy and compliance; assist in tax processes
• Assist in implementing internal control processes and maintaining documentation
• Help prepare and update business documentation for finance system configurations

• Degree or vocational training in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
• Around 2–3 years of experience in a finance or accounting support role
• Automotive or international company experience is a plus
• Basic understanding of financial processes and compliance
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools; Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
• Fluent in Dutch/ French and English
