Cyber Security Manager (m/w/d)

• Responsibility for the implementation and compliance with ISO 21434 and "ASPICE for Security", development-related cybersecurity management in development projects
• Development and management of cyber security strategies and processes in our development projects
• Carrying out risk analyses and creating security concepts
• Support in defining a secure system architecture
• Management of security requirements throughout the project lifecycle
• Cooperation with development, testing and quality departments to ensure cybersecurity
• Coaching of employees on cybersecurity implementation in development projects
• Conducting internal assessments, as well as supporting and preparing official assessments
• Adaptation of the development processes in the given process description structure, taking the company processes into account
• Analysis of new, cybersecurity-relevant standards and norms
• Interface to external partners, customers, suppliers and certification bodies

• Degree in computer science, electrical engineering, IT security or comparable study paths
• In-depth knowledge of ISO 21434 and experience in the automotive security environment
• Several years of professional experience in the field of software development or system development
• Knowledge of IT and vehicle security architectures
• Knowledge of ASPICE (SYS / SW / HW / SEC)
• Knowledge of functional safety (ISO 26262)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in an international team with a strong service orientation
• Interest in the topic of cybersecurity
• Knowledge of project management
• Confident handling of MS Office tools
• Very good English language skills
• Very good structuring skills and high level of initiative
• Very high quality affinity with the property of representing this in the direction of all interfaces
