Automation Technician / PLC Programmer (m/f/d)

• Program, modify, and optimize PLC control systems (e.g. Siemens TIA Portal, Beckhoff TwinCAT, or Codesys)
• Commission machines and automated systems both in-house and at customer sites
• Develop and maintain HMI/SCADA visualization systems
• Analyze and troubleshoot faults and perform functional and acceptance tests
• Integrate and configure drives, sensors, and industrial fieldbus systems
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation
• Collaborate closely with mechanical design, electrical engineering, production, and service teams

• Degree or technical qualification in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field
• Experience in PLC programming and commissioning of industrial machinery, preferably in machine or plant engineering
• Proficiency with PLC platforms such as Siemens TIA Portal, Beckhoff TwinCAT, or Codesys, as well as industrial communication protocols
• Familiarity with motion control, servo drive technology, and machine safety concepts is an advantage
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a structured and independent working style
• Good command of English; additional language skills are considered an asset
• Willingness to travel internationally for machine commissioning and customer support
