Senior Advisor & Value Manager (m/f/d)

• Management of projects to optimize productivity, processes and procedures with a focus on increasing value and efficiency, supporting the development and implementation of a reporting and KPI system to track initiatives
• Communicating value-oriented principles, implementation methods and tools for the continuous optimization of projects and processes
• Analysis of process organization and identification of potential for improvement in administrative processes and in product creation
• Implementation of performance projects along the value chain and monitoring the sustainability of implemented measures, Derivation of action measures
• Supporting teams to organize themselves and independently monitor success
• Concept development and implementation of tools and processes to increase efficiency and value
• Moderation of workshops and support for teams to optimize processes, Training in methods and content (modern production methods, Six Sigma, value stream analysis etc.) via various learning channels in workshops, lectures or as on-the-job training

• Completed studies in the field of industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, computer science or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the area of business/operational excellence (OPEX/modern production methods etc.) or in project management
• Good knowledge of product development and the project management process
• Confident handling of MS Office and SAP
• Business fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
• Willingness to travel worldwide
• Strong service orientation and high persuasiveness, strong moderation and presentation skills as well as good negotiation and discussion skills
