HMI and Language Tester & Coordinator (m/w/d)

• Lead EU Local Translation Review & Coordination:
• Coordinate local language review efforts with in-market stakeholders, translation vendors, and internal teams.
• Act as the central contact point in smart Europe for language and voice assistant testing and validation for in-car HMI systems.
• Manage the scheduling, communication, and alignment across regions during the review process.
• Support the localization workflow from planning to execution, ensuring deadlines and standards are met.
• Reporting, Analysis & Quality Control:
• Analyze language quality issues reported from local teams or identified during internal testing.
• Propose and implement corrective actions and process improvements to enhance translation quality.
• Support testing activities related to HMI interfaces to ensure language and UI coherence

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Linguistics, Translation, Communication, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in localization, translation quality assurance, or related roles.
• Strong coordination and project management skills across cross-cultural teams.
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive mindset toward problem-solving.
• Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with HMI systems or automotive user interfaces is a plus.
• Fluent in English; additional language proficiency is an advantage.
