Cargo Claims Coordinator (w/m/d)

As Cargo Claims Coordinator (w/m/d) you will be in good hands with our client, a global player in the transport and logistics industry located in Hamburg city centre.

• Processing of liability and comprehensive claims
• Examination of facts and legal bases
• Coordination with technical and legal experts 
• Preparation and support of legal proceedings
• Negotiation and settlement of claims
• Settlement with insurers 
• Maintenance of claims files

• Successfully completed degree in business or a related field or a comparable vocational training
• Relevant professional experience in insurance or claims management, preferably in the field of transport and freight forwarding
• Ability to work under pressure and assertiveness, even in situations of conflict
• Very good command of English and basic proficiency in German 
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• An annual salary of between €48,000 - €52,000 gross p.a. 
• Holiday and Christmas bonus in accordance with the BAP tariff
